Mr. Louis H. T. Lim LL.B. (Hons), Barrister-at-Law (Middle Temple), PBM Mr. Louis H. T. Lim is a Partner at M/s William Poh & Louis Lim. He has practiced as a general litigation and intellectual property lawyer and his current areas of practice are in general civil, criminal and family & estate litigation law. His other areas of practice also include trade mark, copyright and common law intellectual property law matters as well as property, conveyancing and general corporate law. Louis graduated with an LL.B. (Hons) degree from the University of London, and was called to the Bar of England and Wales and admitted as a Barrister-at-Law of the Middle Temple in the Trinity Term of 1997. In the following year, he passed the Board of Legal Education (Singapore) Practical Law course and was subsequently admitted to the Bar of the supreme court of Singapore in the same year. |
